Day 1: Space Generation Fusion Forum 2017 Opening

The delegates arrived bright and early Sunday morning to some gorgeous Colorado Springs weather at the Broadmoor Hotel’s Cheyenne Lodge.  With help from Space Foundation and held in conjunction with the 33rd National Space Symposium, the Space Generation Fusion Forum is bringing together young professionals from government, industry and academia from around the globe to discuss space today and how the industry will look in the future.

One of the main missions of SGAC is to facilitate access to space conferences and workshops for students and young professionals. SGAC, in cooperation with the European GNSS Agency (GSA), organized the 2017 SGAC-GSA  New Navigation Horizons Scholarship that enables the winner to attend the 6th Space Generation Fusion Forum and the 33rd Space Symposium in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.

We are excited to announce that Andreas Winther Rousing (Denmark) has been selected as the winner of this scholarship.
