Leadership Training for a Peaceful Space.

I am looking [in search for] a "short-term" aerospace engineering [or, exploration] appraisal program, which would give me an insight knowledge / training of the entire aerospace engineering [or, exploration] concept.
1. The program [training / seminar type] may be of duration, say 7 - 10days; and meant for school 10-12th grade children, conducted [preferably] in English language.
2. A global [children attending from various countries] program of such nature entitled as :: Leadership Training in Aerospace for Peace, would perhaps be a wonderful attempt to make our generation appraise the conceptual need of "space appreciation for peace". An attendance certificate at the end of such a program from a reputed organization / council [eg: like that of SCAG], would also be an added value for the participants’ career.
I hope I could make my intensions clear; and, would now wait to hear favorably from interested members. Also, if necessary, we may form a forum to discuss the aspects and thus formulate a policy to materialize the concept soon.
