Schedule Concern

I am starting to get worried about the schedule now. We have exactly one month left to process the second round survey, and it hasn't even started yet. If we launch the survey in 2-3 days, we can probably only run it for 2 weeks before we will need to close it and process the results.

Also, we will need to get the preliminary results to the congress organisers by mid-March, so we are going to have to start processing the second round survey while it is still in progress. Everyone is going to have to put in a huge effort to get us across the line.

Don't forget that there is a prestigious opportunity to fly the United States at stake here!

Put me down for helping to

Put me down for helping to process the survey (and hopefully help to develop it).

Yes I'd noticed the time

Yes I'd noticed the time cruch as well. But we can only work with what we have. I'm ready for whatever we need to get done. Ill file my counter-proposal for second round survey no later than tomorrow and then we can decide and move ahead quickly.

A quick question on the side: You keep talking about fly TO the United States. Does that exclude those of us who are already living there?

People in the US are equally

People in the US are equally eligible to be selected. We'll still transport selected participants to Boston, or if they live in Boston, buy them a train ticket.
