The aim of this project is to understand the guiding principles behind human perception of space as a future habitat or outpost and vice versa. The rights of space professionals as individuals and as exo planet society founders could be made part of the discussion. It also seeks to answer fundamental questions affecting the world of today : namely does space have an answer to the problems affecting human progress at large ? Can we promote inter cultural understanding using a space ethical guideline for the entire human race ?
