2 International Space Station 2.0
proposing the Xprize for Design , Development and implimentation of " Interntional space Station 2.0 to share the load with ISS. This endevour will be the next step for the space colony to moon base to the mars etc...
This is going to be inbetween steps from Earth to moon for space colony.
Although the human nature is hollistically believed to be egoistic and selfish, in space issue it is my call that powerful nations should now stop showing supremacy through space technology and focus on solving human problems by joining their hands together and establish an international space center which valued with humanity.
this you be done ultruistically to make space application in all spheres of human life regardless of their level of the economy. for instance the use of sattellite in obtaining solar energy will be the fantastic solution to environmental pollution, energy utilization and a sollution to food cisis .
lets be focused, it is possible.

That is just cluttering the space. It is good to dream of a space station. And we already have it.

Policy makers do not allow us in it. Ans: Ignore and/or non-cooperate
There are errors. Ans: Correct
It is too costly. Ans: Recheck balance sheet. A mission to ISS costs 479023 million dollars [say]. Now part of this goes for safety and artificial support. We actually do not need that much redundant support to do such missions. Use well educated mission crew. Story: During Sunitha Williams' voyage in ISS, the american crew [this is a fact, and please do not think this is going racist], by mistake disconnected electricity/water in the russian part. Lesson: I guess the crew should have been educated well about these aspects before voyage. Moral: We should depend more on mind than on matter
Problem is, making more and more space-station is like breaking up the empire. Can we actually correct our existing ISS and expand it. This ISS carries more information than any new ISS will be carrying, because it has a history, and a looong exposure to space.
