carbon nano-tubes

since we all know the problems with producing nano-tubes on earth involve
nonsymetrical formation of the cylindrical tube, in a micro-gravity envyroment
this effect should be minimized considering the lack of gravity factor to the formation process
this effect on earth could be due to fluctuation in the gravity consant in the core, or the magnetic fied, since magnetic fields have been shown to effect the formation of the tubes in experiments

thus you might need to be out of earths magnetic influence to have a consistant tube,
or if in microgravity a constant magnetic fiel;d may be enough to counteract this effect

Need pumps, and they oughtta be multistage. Also need pumps at different intervals of height, also can't cross the h'i't o' atmosp'r ....... Teth'ring is simpler... But hi, can do this for elevation upto 77 km. After that, too tough. ......

Yes, need pipes, long enough to encircle earth at 70-77 km height. There is apparently nuttin' on that height, but weather sats and such...... and they dun'need air. But good idea, may be forcibly throwing pac'ts o' air.
