Establishing a Common Lunar Timeframe / Geodetic Net

Welcome to the International Lunar Waystation (ILWS) working group! Please relate all discussion in this thread to the establishment of a common lunar timeframe and lunar spatial orientation standard for future international lunar operations. This includes the identification of lunar timeframes and spatial schemes currently in-use, an analysis of potential options, and precidents set by previous lunar operations and operations in the solar system at-large.
