Important tasks to do before SGC
We appreciate all your good work already done in the forum.
Now it is time to concentrate on the work ahead so we can be successful at SGC.
I would like to remind you all of the tasks we need do and agree on to achieve our goal for the project group in Hyderabad.
The delegates (you) will set up a habitat design contest to involve the public in human spaceflight activities, especially young people (possibly schools, universities, etc.). People in the project (you) shall define the contest, develop internet presence, advertisement, press packs, guidelines & rules, and work on sponsoring and management issues.
Or in other words:
It is this group's job to actually develop and carry out the competition!

There is already a good discussion going on. That's what we are talking about and we should be concentrating on.
Hi team!
Time is running and we have do get some things done before SGC as we don't have enough time to do everything there.
What I would like to ask you are 2 things:
1. I want to see an active discussion on...
2. I need some volunteers to lead...
...some of the following task we need to finish before SGC - (that's just 71 days from now!):
•Define contest (fully)
•Define Guidelines & rules (fully)
•Prepare internet presence (as much as possible)
We can set up "hidden" pages for our project on the SGAC server, so we can start building the competition web site.
•Prepare advertisement (as much as possible)
see Space Transportation group flyer– we can learn/work together from/with other groups
•Prepare competition management (as much as possible)
That includes: sponsorship, budget, outreach, distribution etc.
•Prepare presentation to introduce project at SGC (fully)
We have to present our project at the first day of SGC to the other groups. We need a short (10 minutes) presentation for that.
