Tasks and Goles list needed--I think

I think a tasks and goles list is indeed needed.
The list should includes the goles we are aiming at , both long-term and short-term ones.And also the tasks and work that should be done to approach each gole should be listed on it.And the list should be done some necessary changes on every now and then.
Maybe there is already one but I haven't seen one till now.So if there is one please tell me ,thank you.
