Our Mission and Vision

The Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Nigeria was established in 1992 as a tertiary educational
institution for the provision of courses of instruction and training as well as conduct
research in technology, applied sciences, management and other fields of applied learning
relevant to the human resource needs of the nation. These capacity building efforts are
rendered through a two-year course leading to the award of a National Diploma followed by
another two-year course for the award of Higher National Diploma [equivalent of a bachelorâ€
