This technical thread is for the discussion of topics relevant to the use of the Lunar Way-station as a test bed for enabling technologies aimed at the creation of permanent Human bases and outposts on Planetary bodies.
In-situ resource- utilisation (ISRU) is the core motivation for most of these enabling technologies (but not all of them) and so this thread can also be used for topics specific to ISRU.

Please use this thread to discuss all aspects related to the creation of a website for the Lunar waystation project.
Views, opinions and advice regarding the setting up and maintenance of the website can be included as well as views on website content and visitor interaction etc.

Hi Friends!

Time is of importance now, we need to gear up for the SGC now,

I would request you all delegates to now:

1. Start discussing and come up to conclusions
2. We want volunteers to coordinate

We need to work on some bery important aspects now:

•Define the project fully.

•Prepare materials to promote the project.

•Decide and work on the overall management of the project and look for sponsors, volunteers etc.

•Design a website. Volunteers needed for this.......

We need to work right now before the Congress and decide upon the deliverables.

Dear friends....as we all know that the Planetary Society has identified various challenges and opportunities,
we need to work on the long term goals of this project. Please vote or comment on the Long term goals of our
project.

The objective of this project will be as under:
*Present the discussed points/ideas to as many people as we can who can contribute.
*Work and design "Our Own" Lunar Waystation on the lunar surface.
*Clearly identify the needs of the station and scope of technology.
*Suggest creative and feasible ideas.

Long term goals of this project would be as under:

Friends as you know that there are a very few days to the SGC, we need to decide our Long term goals for this project. Post your views or ideas as to how we can make this a huge success.

After completion of lunar way station now it is time to think about the way-station on mars....this would buid on the basis of result and experienced obtained from lunar waystation...so let us think

Please relate discussion on this thread to the identification, analysis, and selection of a collection of international lunar landing sites. Taking into account lunar geology, topography, available energy sources, and the potential for in-situ resource utilization (ISRU), the objective of this thread is to identify and classify lunar sites suitable for multipurpose international use.
