Bio

Educated as a lawyer, I specialized in space and telecommunications law in University Paris 11. After participating in SSP06 at the International Space University (ISU), I am currently working as a Teaching Associate for the Masters of Space Management at ISU. Space related topics of particular interest to me are space traffic management, remote sensing for security purposes and the update of the legal status of outer space, the Moon and other celestial bodies.
