Other contribution for my own organization (JNU)
1. As Faculty Advisor to the Vice Chancellor JNU on Water Resource Management (1994 till date) Selected groundwater exploration sites and Artificial recharge sites (Check dams) for JNU by using satellite data and geophysical methods. In 1994 first successful Ground water drilling was done in the campus successfully based on drilling sites selected by me. Further in 2005-2006 selected 4 sites for ground water exploration utilizing Magnetic, Resistivity and Satellite data, the discharge was very good in all these Tube wells (20,000 LPH to 30,000 LPH). This will be of great help for the JNU campus in the coming years in self sustainability in Water resources. Helping JNU administration in this matter continuously.
2. Helped Campus Development committee in Scientific planning by using DEM Satellite data and geophysical observation integrated survey for the future expansion of JNU campus (2006-2008) in a sustainable way.
3. Involved in Faculty club and its cultural programmes.
4. Worked as Warden of Jhelum Hostel JNU from 1993 to 2000.
5. My PhD Students are placed in ISRO, SAC, GSI, INREM, IGNOU, HARSAC, CES etc
