Emerging from the break-up of Yugoslavia in 1991, Croatia is today a European Union and NATO member state, striving for international investment and growth. While historically not an aerospace country, Croatia has a strong tradition in tourism, with space tourism representing the next frontier! The goal of SGAC in Croatia is to help connect the fledgling space sector with international partners, as well as to promote space science and engineering among students and young adults.
